I forgot my passphrase. Can you reset it?

Unfortunately no. Tectonian uses zero-knowledge encryption—we cannot access or recover your passphrase. If you lose it, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend storing your passphrase in a secure password manager.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our service and the availability of a free demo, all sales are final. See our Terms of Service for more details.

How do I apply for an accessibility discount?

Visit our Accessibility Discount page to apply. Students/educators with a .edu email get a verification link for quick approval. Healthcare professionals and neurodivergent individuals are reviewed within 48 hours.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted client-side using a passphrase only you know. We cannot access your encrypted content. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Do you have a mobile app?

Tectonian is currently web-based and works on mobile browsers. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.
